Note: - Very Technical Book
Okay, so the book is called the Mathematics of Poker so you should expect a very mathematical book. But if you are not familar with caclulus and advanced calculus, this book will be bascially useless to you. It's very technical math and in my opinion no top player in the world thinks about poker this way.

If you math skills are limited to just algebra, then I highly recommend the Theory of Poker by Sklansky over this book. Sklansky's book covers what this book covers but this book basically breaks into much more indepth detail. You'll enjoy this book as much as you enjoy calculus.
